Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Shipping and handling costs will be added to the total dollar amount of your order when you check out. California sales tax will be added to any item purchased in California. All items will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
We can only ship to the billing address that is listed on your credit card. Please be sure to put the billing address of your credit card in the required address field; otherwise, the charge will not be authorized.
Return Policy and Exchanges
Exchanges may be made within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us via email, designsbyricki@aol.com, to exchange your merchandise. Return postage is not included, and new shipping charges will be applied. Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges to be processed.
We stand by our craft, so if an item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it with an item as close to the original as possible. Please contact us before sending it back. Normal wear and tear of your merchandise do not qualify as a defect. I'm sorry, but return shipping charges will not be refunded. If damage occurred during shipping, save the package and notify your post office immediately. They will have to make a damage report and need the package to do this. They require you to notify them immediately.
