Murano Venetian Glass
Murano is known for their high quality and stunning hand-blown glass beads. Each bead is unique. In many of their bead designs, they add Silverfoil, Goldfoil, and Aventurina to the glass. Aventurina is one of the most popular Murano Glass techniques, distinguished by its special look of sparkling particles captured inside translucent glass. They add various metal oxides such as copper and iron to the hot glass mixture, which causes tiny particles of the metals to crystallize as the glass mixture cools off.
